Making a batch of "Highway Snow" with Lisa.
Ingredients: 1. 2-row malt. 2. Crystal malt. 3. Belgian Chocolate Malt. 4. Northern brewer hops and cascade hops. Fermented with scottish ale yeast (to handle slightly higher alcohol percentage).

We only let it ferment for about 2 weeks since we were really eager to try it out. It turned out pretty good!
